About Us

Worthington Estates is home to approximately 56 families.  These homes are located off of Carey Road just south of 146th St. The neighborhood was first established in the 1990’s next to the Woodgate Neighborhood. We are close to shopping, the Monon Trail, Carmel High School, Carey Grove Park and many trails for walking.  Children living in the neighborhood who attend Carmel Clay Schools go to Cherry Tree Elementary, Clay Middle School (as of the 2021-2022 school year) and Carmel High School.  The Worthington Estates Homeowners Association is dedicated to maintaining the entryways and common property and covenants plus addressing any concerns of the homeowners. When you live in Worthington Estates, you are joining a neighborhood of families who are in within walking distance of a newly renovated park, restaurants and the high school.  Residents can easily bike to the Monon Trail, Hagan-Burke Trail, the local Dairy Queen and downtown Carmel.
