The Worthington Estates Annual Homeowners Meeting:

  • Location:  The dead end area of Worchester Court and Whitworth Drive in the Worthington Estates neighborhood.

Home Maintenance

Home Improvements: If you are looking to do any exterior home improvements, be sure to email the Board's Vice  President to verify that your plan meets the requirements of our Covenants and By-laws. This includes (but not limited to) painting, fencing, swimming pools, and decks/patios.

Trees:  If you have trees that overhang the sidewalk, please make sure to raise the canopy for the safety of the people who use the sidewalk.

Mailbox Information

If you are in need of a new mailbox, mailbox lettering, post paint or a new post please reach out to Otto's Streetscape Solutions at 317-886-4400 or www.ostreetscape.com
 
They have the specs for your mailbox needs.  You can either pick it up yourself or they will deliver and install.

Carmel Clay Schools is:

  • Girls Swimming & Diving won their 40th consecutive title in February 2026. 
  • Chess team won their 4th consecutive state title in March 2026.  
  • Carmel World Guard was named 2026 WGI Scholastic World Class Champions.
  • Boys Swimming & Diving won their 12 consecutive title
  • Speech & Debate team won 2nd straight title in 2026
